In order to maintain the quality of the jewelry and process your return promptly, we have proposed the following requirements:
The refund will exclude the shipping, handling and insurance charges as shown on the invoice or reasonably incurred only if your order was shipped free. The shipping, handling and insurance changes incurred to ship an order free will not exceed the shipping charges for the next step up of expedited shipping as shown during the check-out process. For example, if your parcel was shipped free by USPS First Class, the exclusion will not exceed charges for USPS Priority Mail.
Custom orders do not qualify for the return guarantee. Your invoice will state that it is a custom order. Once a a jewelry design is made per your requirements, it can not be sold as standard design. A non-standard ring size, a mix of precious metals or a substitution of a diamond or colored gemstone of a different cut or shape, clarity, color or carat weight according to your specifications. Most of our designs are standard although offer a great flexibility to customize rings and pendants according to your choice. Jewelry after all is a personal and close to your heart and our effort is always to offer what you want.
